Roadways employees lathicharged students, created ruckus, know the whole matter

Bharatpur : Common Entrance Test Examination (CET) is being organized today i.e. Friday (27 September) in Rajasthan state. The examination centers of the candidates participating in this examination are far away from their city, hence most of the candidates had left for their examination centers through buses last night. Candidates reached Bharatpur bus stand through roadways buses late last night, when Bharatpur When we started going to Alwar, the buses became very crowded. During this time, the staff of roadways buses tried to get the candidates down from the buses, due to which a fight broke out between the candidates and the roadways staff. The candidates have alleged that the bus staff started lathicharge on them. A stampede broke out at the bus stand as the bus staff attacked the candidates with sticks. Many candidates have been injured in this attack by bus staff. One candidate has also been admitted to RBM District Hospital.

What is the matter?

The candidates going to appear for the examination told that they had left by roadways bus from Dholpur to go to Alwar. The bus that had started from Dholpur had booked the tickets of all the candidates till Alwar. But this bus that started from Dholpur dropped him at Bharatpur bus stand and refused to go further. Meanwhile, a bus was standing at the stand to go to Alwar via Nadbai and more than 50 candidates boarded it. Seeing this, the driver and conductor of the bus started taking down the candidates. Due to which there was an argument between the bus driver and conductor along with the candidates. Meanwhile, other roadways employees also reached there. Together they attacked the candidates with sticks.

55 examination centers built in Bharatpur

Let us tell you, 55 examination centers have been made in Bharatpur also for CET examination. About 60 thousand candidates will appear for the exam on 27th and 28th September in Bharatpur. The examination for the first shift of the Common Entrance Test started at 9 am, but candidates were allowed to enter the examination center only till 8 am.

A crowd of candidates was seen at the examination center since morning. A long queue of candidates was seen to enter the examination centre. On this occasion, the police administration has made strict security arrangements. The candidates were allowed to enter the examination center only after thorough examination.

‘Examination will be conducted in two shifts’
Principal of the examination center Dinesh Singh said that CET examination is being conducted today. As per the instructions of the Selection Board, the candidates are being made to follow the dress code. This examination is being conducted in two shifts.
