RPF soldier posted in Ambala found hanging from a tree in Dausa, had gone missing from duty

Dausa : There has been a sensation in the entire area after the news of a soldier committing suicide in Rajasthan. This case has come to light from Dausa district, where Jagdish Meena, posted as RPF in Ambala, committed suicide. He was missing from duty for the last few days. The officers called home and informed that he had not come to the police station for three-four days. After being reported missing from duty, Jagdish Meena’s location was coming near his village. On this the family members went to the area around Lotwara to search for them. Where CI Jagdish Meena was hanged. Police recovered the body but no suicide note or evidence was found from the spot to determine what the matter was.

The body was taken to the district hospital
Baijupada police took Jagdish Meena’s body to sub-district hospital. Police station officer Ghasiram told that Jagdish Meena, age 34, resident of Bohra Dhani Lotwada, Ambala, was posted as CI in RPF. On Tuesday morning, he committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree in his own field near the village. He told that the information was received around 10:30 in the morning. On which the police reached the spot and took the body to the sub-district hospital.

Police is investigating the matter
Jagdish was not going for duty in Ambala for three-four days, after which on Tuesday morning he got a call from Ambala that he was not coming for duty for the last few days. The deceased has two daughters and a son. We are investigating why he took such a step. The family of the deceased also lives in Ambala. The police have now registered the case and started investigation.
