Ajmer : Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) is going to conduct RAS Main Exam 2023 on 20th and 21st July. This exam will be conducted in five district headquarters. RAS Main exam will be held in four shifts. That is, the exam will be conducted in two shifts on July 20 and two shifts on July 21. This exam will be conducted in Ajmer, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota and Udaipur district headquarters. Candidates appearing in the exam can get information about their allotted district by logging on to the SSO portal. The result of 19,384 candidates was released for the RAS Mains exam. In which recruitment will be done on a total of 972 seats. In which 491 posts will be recruited in State Service, 481 posts in Subordinate Service. The admit cards for the examination will be uploaded on the RPSC website on July 17.
When and where will the exam be held
Rajasthan Public Service Commission Secretary Ramniwas Mehta said that Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Main) Examination will be conducted on 20 and 21 July 2024 from 9:00 am to 12 noon and from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Ajmer, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota and Udaipur district headquarters. Candidates appearing in this examination can get information about their allotted district by logging on to the SSO portal from today i.e. 14 July 2024. At the same time, the admit card will be released on the commission’s website and SSO portal on 17 July 2024.
You must reach the exam center 1 hour before
According to the guidelines of the RPSC Commission exam, all the candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center after thorough checking one hour before the start of the exam. That is, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center after 8:00 am and in the second shift i.e. after 11:00 am. The commission has appealed to all the candidates to reach the examination center on time on the day of the exam. So that all the work including necessary checking, security check and document identification at the examination centers can be completed.
You will have to bring these documents along with the original copy of the Aadhar card
While giving information, the Commission Secretary said that it is mandatory for the candidate to appear at the examination center with the original color full copy of Aadhar card. If the photo of the original Aadhar card is very old and the face of the candidate is not clearly visible in the Aadhar card. In such a situation, it is necessary to appear at the examination center with other documents like identity card with photo of the candidate, voter ID, passport, driving license in which full color and latest photo is clearly visible. Also, it is mandatory for the candidate to paste the latest photo on the admit card.
Strict punishment for working against the guidelines
The RPSC Commission has appealed to all the candidates that the candidates appearing for the RAS main examination should not fall prey to the influence of any mediator, broker, social worker and criminal type of people. If any person tempts or deceives to pass the exam, demands bribe or makes a dummy candidate sit in place of the original candidate, then in such a situation, inform the investigating agency and commission control room number 0145-2635200, 2635212 and 2635255 along with the identity proof of that person. If the allegations are found proved under the Rajasthan Public Examination Act 2022, if the candidate adopts unfair means during the examination and uses unfair means against the examination guidelines, then he will be punished with life imprisonment, fine up to Rs 10 crore. Also, movable and immovable property can be confiscated.
