In compliance with which Inspector Anant Arya was appointed as the investigating officer.

The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies issued notices thrice to Ashutosh Patni, the record holder of Shantinagar Society, for not cooperating in the investigation and being reluctant to provide the records. Nevertheless, the investigation work could not be completed due to incomplete records being presented. On December 18, 2023, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies himself ordered to appoint himself the investigating officer for the related investigations. Shantinagar Housing Cooperative Society Ltd. According to the audit report of the year 2014-15, the fixed assets were Rs 9 lakh 25 thousand 649 and the school building was Rs 3 lakh 98 thousand 426.
