Jaipur : Sachin Pilot has expressed grief over the death of Congress MLA Zuber Khan. Zuber Khan’s wife and former MLA Shafia Zuber Khan informed about this on social media early in the morning. Sachin Pilot said on this incident, “Today the Congress party has lost one of its hardworking leaders and Zuber’s untimely demise is a personal loss for us too.” On the other hand, Shafia Zuber gave the sad news in the morning through ‘X’ and wrote, “It is with sadness that we have to inform all of you that respected Zuber Khan ji has passed away, Zuber ji breathed his last today (14 September 2024) at 5:50 am.”

Expressing condolences to the bereaved family, Sachin Pilot tagged Shafia and wrote on ‘X’, “I express my deepest condolences on the demise of MLA and senior Congress leader Zuber Khan ji. He started his political journey from student politics. He kept raising issues related to students and youth effectively by holding important positions in NSUI and Indian Youth Congress. He represented his area with full dedication and loyalty and the public also blessed him abundantly.
The secretary further wrote, “He was always inspired by the policies and foresight of former Prime Minister Late Rajiv Gandhi ji and their cordial relations left an indelible mark in political and personal life. Today the Congress party has lost one of its hardworking leaders and the untimely death of Zuber ji is a personal loss for us too. I express my deepest condolences to Safia ji and the bereaved family.” Ramgarh MLA Zuber Khan was ill for a long time. Zuber Khan had a liver transplant one and a half years ago. At the same time, six assembly seats of Rajasthan had become vacant due to the death of Zuber Khan and the Ramgarh seat has also become vacant due to his death.
