Saint community united against atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh

Kolkata, December 5 (IANS). A huge crowd under the leadership of BJP and West Bengal opposition party leader Shivendu Adhikari gathered at Rani Rasmani Avenue in Kolkata demanding the atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh and the unconditional release of Saint Chinmoy Krishna Das and security of Hindus in West Bengal. The meeting was organized. A large number of sadhus, saints and Sanatani gathered in this program.

West Bengal Leader of Opposition Subhendu Adhikari raised the slogan of Bharat Mata Ki Jai from the stage and said that all Hindus need to be united.

He said, “TMC and other organizations do not have to take any permission to hold a public meeting at Rasmani Avenue in Kolkata. But to do anything we have to take permission from the High Court. Just as there is Mohammad Yunus in Bangladesh, there is similar Mamta in Bengal.

He further said, “Bangladesh is forgetting that India had once created it and today it is talking big things. Politics will happen later, first we are Hindus.

Acharya Sanjay Shastri, who was present at the public meeting, said, “Today Kolkata has seen the roar of a lion, in the future it will see even more roars.” First protest, then resistance, if that doesn’t work then there is retaliation, now we will follow this path. Chinmay Prabhu had become the voice of the Hindus of Bangladesh, he was wrongly arrested because there is no legal rule in Bangladesh, but jungle rule. With time they will come to know what Sanatani is. We would request the Indian government to take some concrete steps to protect Hindus in Bangladesh.

He further said, “A delegation of 16 people had gone to the Deputy High Commission of Bangladesh, where many things were discussed. On behalf of Sant Samaj, we will appeal to the Government of India that Bangladesh is the land of Hindus, we were born in that soil. Our and your ancestors were also born on the soil of Bangladesh, so we have rights on that soil. Hindus should be given security in Bangladesh. If possible, Hindus should be given separate land in Bangladesh and they should be settled there.

While giving his views on this matter, Swami Pradiptanand Maharaj said, “We had said that all the Bengali Hindus should come together, we have also talked to the Central Government regarding the issue of Bangladesh, that they should do something.” Do it. Hopefully some positive news will be received in 15 days. If nothing is done on this, then lakhs of us will close the India-Bangladesh border.
