Sambhal incident was part of a well-planned conspiracy: Mohibullah Nadvi

New Delhi, November 26 (IANS). Samajwadi Party MP Mohibullah Nadvi spoke to IANS on Monday. He has responded on other issues including the Sambhal incident.

The SP MP blamed the administration’s wrong actions and inappropriate approach for the Sambhal incident and said it was part of a well-planned conspiracy. The Sambhal incident took place to divert the way news was circulating on social media during the elections. If we go to the mosque in Sambhal, people will be provoked and then we will look at the situation in our own way. Some people get solace from ruining people’s lives. What can we say on this, we can only pray for them.

On the Sambhal case, he said that a case has been registered against 800 people and 25 FIRs have been registered. All these things were being done only to make the public come out.

On the statement of Union Minister Giriraj Singh, the SP MP said, “I want to ask Giriraj Singh who has given shelter to Sheikh Hasina, the former Prime Minister of Bangladesh. There is something or the other in his mind. We want that Let there be a united India as it was in ancient times.”

He expressed hope of getting more time in JPC on Waqf Amendment Bill.
