Bharatpur : A case of encounter between cow smugglers and police came to light in Bharatpur late on Tuesday night. In which one person died. In this regard, the father of the deceased has registered a case of murder against Naresh Jadoun on Thursday. The father of the deceased has registered a case in Kumher police station.
Sandeep went with Naresh Jadon at around 1:30 in the night
The deceased’s father Harischandra Prajapat has lodged a case of murder by conspiracy against Naresh Jadoun, a resident of Songaon in Deeg district, in Kumher police station. He has stated in the FIR that his son Sandeep had a Tata Tempo, which he used to drive on rent. On the night of July 23, at around 1.30 am, Naresh Jadoun of the same village took his son with him on the pretext of booking a car. At around six in the morning, the village sarpanch munshi informed that his son Sandeep had died. The police found his body near Jahangirpur village. After this, they suspected Naresh Jadoun, because he was the one who had taken his son from home. He also conspired against him and shot and killed my son and also made his mobile disappear.
Bullet fired in encounter between police and bike rider
The police registered a case and questioned Naresh Jadoun. In which he told that both of them had gone to the jungle of Mandhera Rundh to leave the cows in Sandeep’s tempo. But Sandeep said to leave them in Peedhi village. When we moved ahead, four-five people on two bikes tried to stop us. But we did not stop. After that the same two bikes and the police vehicle started following us and we kept moving ahead. Near Pichumar Jahangirpur village, the pickup truck loading cows in front suddenly fired at us. The bullet hit Sandeep’s chest and he died.
A 315 bore bullet was found in Sandeep’s chest
After the father’s report, the police got Sandeep’s body post-mortem done by a medical board. In which a 315 bore bullet was found in his chest. According to the police, prima facie it appears that the bullet was fired from a country-made pistol. Because in this regard, the police says that the police does not have a weapon with a 315 bore round. This clearly shows that this bullet was fired by cow smugglers.
The accused will be arrested soon
In this case, according to Bharatpur Range IG Rahul Prakash, some people from Utawad in Palwal district of Haryana have been identified. Deeg police is continuously raiding various places to arrest them and their vehicle has also been identified. Deeg police will soon arrest the criminals. Apart from this, IG Rahul Prakash had tweeted on his Twitter account that in the encounter between the criminals fleeing after committing murder in Kumher and Januthar police, departmental action will be taken against those police personnel who did not respond with effective firing against the criminals.
