Sanjay Raut held Supreme Court responsible for Sambhal violence, said- Chandrachud’s decision set the country on fire

Mumbai, December 1 (IANS). Shiv Sena UBT MP Sanjay Raut has held the Supreme Court responsible for the violence in Sambhal. He made serious allegations against former CJI DY Chandrachud and said that due to his decision anarchy has spread in the country. He said that Chandrachud’s decision has created an atmosphere of anarchy in the country.

Raut said that whether it is Ajmer or Sambhal, CJI Chandrachud retired after the fire. The Supreme Court is completely responsible for the condition of the country today. They should take responsibility for this. At the same time, he called the caretaker government of Maharashtra against the constitution.

Talking about the swearing-in ceremony in Maharashtra, Raut said that it has been 10 days since the results came and these people have not yet claimed to form the government. Even the leader of the legislative party has not been elected. If the opposition party had the majority, it would have claimed to form the government immediately. But, despite having majority, the present government has not taken any step in this direction till now. Questioning the role of the Governor, he said that Bawankule sitting in Nagpur orders that the swearing-in ceremony will be held on December 5, has he been made the Governor? The Governor should recommend imposing President’s rule here. The situation in the state is completely chaotic, it needs to be improved immediately.

Attacking the Supreme Court, Raut said that a government in Maharashtra is running under the protection of the Supreme Court, which is against the Constitution. Chandrachud is responsible for all this. He also said that if the government is not being formed despite the majority, then the decisions of the Supreme Court and the caretaker government are at fault.

Raut further said that he and his colleagues are planning to protest in the state and the country in the coming days against the scams and irregularities he mentioned. He believes that the situation has become so bad that it is necessary to make the public aware of these issues. Today there is an atmosphere of anarchy in the country and the Supreme Court is responsible for this. Justice Chandrachud should take responsibility for this.
