DCP (West) Rajarshi Raj Verma, ADCP (West) Nishant Bhardwaj, ACP (West) Chhavi Sharma, Dr. Ashok Chaudhary of Mathuradas Mathur Hospital and others started the campaign by releasing the poster of Mission Sankalp on Monday evening. Mission Sankalp is being started by DCP West office. On the first day, Tuesday, at 11 am, a vehicle rally will be taken out from the DCP office located at Ashok Udyan. Along with police officers and soldiers, school-college students will participate in the rally with banners and slogans giving the message of de-addiction.

Sale of banned drugs will be stopped. Under this, continuous investigation, inspection and audit of medicine shops will be done.
Action will be taken by keeping a secret watch on drug suppliers and peddlers near educational institutions, commercial areas, hotels, restaurants, cafes etc.
De-addiction centers will be inspected. There will be supervision for smooth operation.
Under the public awareness campaign, rallies, street plays at various places, seminars and marathons will be organized in schools, colleges and educational institutions.
