Sawai Madhopur : Gangapur City Police has succeeded in arresting a criminal carrying a reward of Rs 10,000 from Ramsinghpura Mode. The police was searching for the accused in the case of firing, assault and kidnapping. Gangapur City Deputy Superintendent of Police Santram Meena said that Muniraj’s son Kailash Meena told in the statement that on October 20, Mahendra Jogi, Santosh Jogi, Ravindra Jogi, Rajendra Jogi, Rahul Ghazipur, Vishal, Dheeraj etc. came and opened fire. The bullet hit his thigh finger. They also beat him with sticks and forcibly took him away in the car. These people left the car when it got stuck on the way. A case was registered at Piloda police station regarding the matter and police teams were formed for investigation.
The police team continuously raided different places, but the accused kept changing their locations again and again. The police had announced a reward of Rs 10,000 on this. After this, the District Special Team arrested the main accused Mahendra Kumar Jogi, son of Kaluaram Jogi, resident of Chhoti Udei from Ramsinghpura turn and also seized the weapon used in the firing. The case is being investigated. The police team included Gangapur City Deputy Superintendent of Police Santram Meena, Assistant Sub Inspector Hanuman Meena, Head Constable Babluram, Navdeep Singh, Vijay Singh, Ghanshyam Singh, Rajendra, Ganesh Rajesh Team Gangapur City. It is noteworthy that on the instructions of Superintendent of Police Mamta Gupta, a special campaign has been conducted under the direction of ASP Rakesh Rajoura and Deputy Superintendent of Police Santram Meena.
