Sawai Madhopur News Desk: Sensation spread after a dead body was found on a hill in Ravasa village of Baunli police station area. This afternoon, Baunli police station reached the spot after receiving information about the dead body. The body of a man of about 40 years was found hanging from a tree on the back side of the hill.
Baunli police station team led by SHO Radharaman Gupta reached the spot with great effort. The dead body was removed from the tree after videography in the presence of villagers. After about 2 hours of hard work, the body was brought down from the hill. SHO Radharaman Gupta said that prima facie the body appeared to be 2 days old. It is also giving off a lot of foul smell. Based on the appearance, the body appears to be that of a 40 year old labourer.
Police have posted photographs on social media to identify the deceased. However, the body has not been identified yet.
According to the police, prima facie the case appears to be suicide. However, the cause of death can be formally confirmed only after the post mortem report comes. However, the police have kept the body in the mortuary of CHC Baunli. Continuous efforts are going on to identify the dead body. The news of the sensational incident spread like wildfire in the area. And hundreds of villagers gathered below the hill. According to local villagers, the deceased is not a local youth.
