Sawai Madhopur : Railway employees on Thursday expressed their anger over the delay in constituting the Pay Commission to be constituted for salary revision of central employees. Comrade Mukesh Galav, General Secretary of West Central Railway Employees Union, said that the Central Government is unnecessarily delaying the formation of the Eighth Pay Commission. We will not tolerate this. Also, there will be a big movement in the railways in the coming year. Galav had come to Gangapur City today on a one-day visit to contact the railway employees in favor of the Employees Union in the secret voting to be held on 4, 5 and 6 November for the recognition of the union in Railways.
On this occasion, while addressing hundreds of railway employees and engineering department employees at the Railway Road Inspector North office, General Secretary of the Union and Railway employee leader Comrade Mukesh Galav said that the Pay Commission is formed every 10 years, but the Central Government has just decided to do so. It has not been formed till now, due to which there is huge anger among the railway employees. Similarly, Mukesh Galav expressed strong objection to the government reducing the dearness allowance of employees by 18 months during the Corona period. Discussing the efforts of the Railway Employees Union on the appointment of employees through the Largesse Scheme, Galav said that due to the efforts of the Union, today thousands of new employees have been appointed under the Largesse Scheme in Kota Division.
