Sawai Madhopur News Desk: A cleaning campaign was conducted by Manav Seva Nature Lover Group in the Sita Mata Temple complex located in Neemli Khurd. By running a cleanliness drive here, more than 40 kg of plastic was collected and destroyed.
Manav Seva Nature Lover Group, under the leadership of President Hanuman Singh Naruka, carried out cleaning in the Sita Mata Temple forest area located in village Neemli Khurd on Sunday. Mukesh Meena District General Secretary BJP ST Morcha and Manav Seva Group in-charge Rajmal Saini said that a large amount of plastic/polythene was being spread due to the fair below the Sita Mata forest area and around the waterfall. Due to which wildlife can suffer a lot of damage. Besides, old clothes were also being spread here by women. In the campaign that lasted for 2 hours, more than 40 kg of plastic bottles, polythene and incense stick wrappers were collected and brought out of the forest area and destroyed. Besides, a mission will be run here for the next five Sundays to introduce the clean Sita Mata forest area. The support of the local villagers and the group is being appreciated in this campaign.
It is worth noting that through the group, the message of cleanliness has been selflessly spreading the message of cleanliness by running Mission Plastic Polythene campaign in forest areas, Mokshadhamos, public and religious places for the last several years. During this, patron Vinod Kumawat, Secretary Rajesh Saini, Rambabu Kumawat, Mukesh Meena, District General Secretary BJP ST Morcha Sawai Madhopur, Ramesh Yogi and many environmental lovers of the group were present.
