SP Mamta Gupta inaugurated the open gym at Reserve Police Line Parade Ground on Wednesday. During this, SP Mamta Gupta said that at present gym is very important for fitness. Doing this regularly provides great benefits. Due to this, along with making the body healthy, fitness also remains good.
SP Mamta Gupta said that everyone should be cautious about their health. Doing regular workouts keeps the body healthy. Along with this, various types of diseases of today’s era can also be avoided. Due to this, this open gym has been established in the Police Parade Ground. Now with the establishment of an open gym here, the policemen of the district will be able to workout here. During this, a large number of police officers and employees including ASP Ramkunwar Kaswan were present.
