Sawai Madhopur Took medicine to quit drug addiction, 2 brothers died

Sawai Madhopur : The health of two brothers who had taken de-addiction medicine from a quack got deteriorated. The condition became so bad that both of them died outside the place of Nag Devta. People took both of them to the hospital, where the doctor declared them dead. On receiving the information, the police reached the hospital, but the family members refused to take any action. The police got the postmortem done and handed over the body to the relatives.

The young man who cures drug addiction at the place of Nag Devta claims that he cures it by giving him years old ashes, garlic chutney and a special kind of mixture. The matter is of Piplai village of Gangapur City.

The health of both the youth deteriorated after taking the medicine. Bamanwas police station officer Hemendra Chaudhary said – Karan Singh (22) and Vijay Singh (25), sons of Hanuman, residents of Sapera Basti near Khurra Mataji in Mandavari police station area, had come to the place of Nag Devta in Piplai village to get de-addiction medicine. At around 9.30 pm, both of them took the medicine and started returning home. As soon as they took the medicine, the health of both the brothers started deteriorating and both of them died outside the place of Nag Devta.

The police station officer said that after reaching the hospital, the police took the bodies of both of them in their custody and kept them in the mortuary of Bamanwas CHC. After this the police team reached Piplai Devasthan and inspected the spot.

On Sunday morning, the police conducted the Panchnama and got the postmortem of both the bodies done and handed them over to the family members. The family refused to take any action in the matter. Bamanwas police station has registered a case on this. The cause of death will be revealed only after the postmortem report comes.
