Sawai Madhopur : Nadauti police station has arrested a person for selling illegal drug ganja. Police have seized 754 grams of ganja from the possession of the accused. The police are interrogating the accused about horse-trading.
Police Station Head Mahendra Kumar said that as per the instructions of Superintendent of Police Mamta Gupta, a special campaign is being conducted under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police Rakesh Rajoura and Todabhim Deputy Superintendent of Police Murari Lal Meena. Under this, during the patrolling, on the information of the informer, action was taken under NDPS Act from Bhilpara Road Nadauti and the accused Kaptan Singh son of Mohar Singh Gurjar, resident of Sikandarpur Nadauti police station was arrested.
Police have recovered 754 grams of illegal drug ganja from the possession of the accused. Police said that a case has been registered against the arrested accused under the NDPS Act. The police team included Police Officer Mahendra Kumar Sharma, constables Banwari, Bahadur Singh, Harendra and constable driver Pramod.
