School children will give colorful presentations today in Bundi Kartik Fair.

Bundi : Artists presented songs and bhajans in a colorful cultural and bhajan evening at Bundi Kartik Mela. At Keshav Theatre, bhajan singer Chhotu Singh Ravana sang bhajans on Lord Shri Ram, Krishna, Saawariya Seth. Bhajans were also presented on Shri Ram temple construction and Modi government. Ram ji O my Ram ji, sing bhajan on Saawariya Seth with the cheers of Saawariya Baba. The singer sang bhajans on Queen Padmavati, biography of Maharaj Pratap. Boys and girls from various schools of the city will give colorful presentations on Wednesday night in a series of colorful cultural programs in the Kartik Fair going on on the banks of Chambal river.

Municipality President Kanhaiyalal Karad, Executive Officer Manoj Malav and on behalf of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamahat gave a memorandum to the police station in-charge and sub-divisional officer on behalf of singer Chhotu Singh Ravana for speaking inappropriately against a society in the bhajan evening organized on Monday night at Kartik Mela. Bhajan singer Chhotu Singh has demanded an apology from Ravana. It is alleged in the memorandum that the sentiments have been hurt by the bhajan singer’s unrestrained remarks. Circle Officer Ashish Bhargava said that in the bhajan evening organized at Keshav Theatre, the singer has been accused of hurting religious sentiments and demanded action. The report of the society is being investigated.
