Schools and colleges will remain closed for two consecutive days in Rajasthan, know the reason

Jaipur : In Rajasthan, during the Bharat Bandh on August 21, schools and colleges were closed in most districts. In the state, monsoon rains had disrupted life in many districts for the last two weeks. Due to this, the closure of schools was also announced. Now schools and colleges will be closed for two consecutive days in entire Rajasthan. Actually, schools and colleges will remain closed on August 25 and 26. Because there will be a Sunday holiday on August 25. Whereas the holiday of Janmashtami on August 26 has already been announced.

Holiday announced in August Shivira Panchang

Holidays have already been announced in Shivira Panchag issued by Rajasthan Education Department. It has been told that there will be a holiday on 26th August on account of Janmashtami. Let us tell you, Janmashtami holiday is observed in almost all the states of the country. On this day, holiday has been announced in banks and other government institutions in almost all the states of North India. That means banks will also be closed on 25th and 26th August. Rajasthan has also been included in this.

There are 8 school holidays in August

According to Shivira Panchang, 8 school holidays were officially declared in the month of August. Out of which 4 holidays were due to Sunday. While 4 holidays were declared due to festivals. These include Tribal Day holiday on 9 August, Independence Day holiday on 15 August, Rakshabandhan holiday on 19 August and now Janmashtami holiday on 26 August. While due to heavy rains, there were holidays for several days in most of the districts. There was a holiday on 21 August during Bharat Bandh.
