Jaipur : The government, which announced one lakh new recruitments every year in the latest budget of the state, has said in a written reply to the Assembly that the recruitment examination in Rajasthan has been affected due to lack of budget. In November 2022, a notification for the recruitment of senior and junior scientific assistants for the Forensic Science Laboratory of Rajasthan was issued, but till date its examination has not been conducted. The government, which announced to make Rajasthan an economy of 3.5 billion dollars and to take out 1 lakh recruitments every year, is not able to conduct the recruitment examination due to lack of budget. A notification was issued on 2 November 2022 to conduct the recruitment examination of senior and junior scientific assistants for the Forensic Science Laboratory in Sardar Patel Police Security and Criminal Justice University in August this year, but the university did not have the budget to conduct this examination. Now the government has replied in the Assembly that this examination will be conducted by August.
BJP MLA Ajay Singh Kilak had asked a question in the assembly that why the recruitment exam for senior and junior scientific assistants for the forensic science laboratory is not being conducted even after the notification has been issued. In response to this, the government said that recruitment exams could not be conducted due to lack of budget. Now this recruitment exam will be organized in August. In this, one senior scientist each for DNA, cyber and polygraph branch and among junior scientists, 1 for DNA, 2 for cyber, 2 for polygraph, 7 for poison, 1 for physics, 3 for serum, 2 for biological, 2 for document, 3 for photo, 1 for chemistry and 1 for narcotics will be recruited.
