Hanumangarh : as per the instructions of the State Congress Committee, a symposium was organized under the chairmanship of President Surendra Dadri on Constitution Day on Tuesday at the District Congress Committee office in the town. Addressing the seminar, DCC President Surendra Dadri said that the Constitution is the heart of India. Through the Indian Constitution, the three organs of the government, the legislature, the executive and the judiciary, have been given different powers. Through these powers, each organ exercises control over other organs of the government. This maintains a balance of power between the three organs of the government.
DCC President Surendra Dadri said that the people of the country are seeing how safe the Constitution is today. The Indian Constitution is being flouted by the Central Government and all the constitutional institutions are becoming mute spectators and are seen bowing before the dictatorial government. PCC member Bhupendra Chaudhary and DCC spokesperson Ashwini Pareek said that every year on 26th November we always celebrate it as Constitution Day in our country. The Constitution was prepared on 26 November 1949. It was implemented on 26 January 1950 by the then Congress government. District head Kavita Meghwal and former head Dayaram Jakhar said that the central government provides fundamental rights to the people of India in a democratic manner. It is the duty of the government to protect the fundamental rights of the citizens of India.
DCC Vice President Jaydev Bhidasara said that how sensitive the government is to every citizen regarding his fundamental rights, remains a matter of thought today. About 65 percent of the country’s people are deprived of fundamental rights. Who is responsible for this? On this occasion, social media in-charge Jairam Dhukiya administered the oath that the soul of India is in the Constitution. It has given all of us the right to live with dignity and self-respect.
