Seven day special camp of National Service Scheme started in Ajmer Government College

Ajmer : Ajmer Nasirabad: A 7-day special camp of National Service Scheme Unit started from Tuesday at Govind Singh Gurjar Government College. NSS Scheme Program Officer Dr. Ranjana Aggarwal said that the camp was inaugurated by Sanjay Kanojia of the college by worshiping Goddess Saraswati and lighting the lamp. According to program officer Dr. Aggarwal, on the first day of the camp, a yoga and meditation workshop was organized under the aegis of Ramchandra Mission Heartfulness Institute. to be done. In which the yoga guru of the institute, Nitendra Upadhyay, explained the importance of yoga in daily life through various yoga exercises. In the second session, meditation trainer Girish Gupta gave training on meditation for mental and physical health.

In the third session, meditation guru Suman Seth explained the importance of meditation and said that it is the food of the mind. Meditation concentrates the energy of the body and spreads it to various parts of the body and helps the person in becoming stress free and concentrating. Abhay Chaudhary of the institute explained the process of yoga and meditation through online app. In the fourth session, a lecture on Communal Harmony Campaign Week was organized to spread the spirit of national unity among the volunteers. Program Officer Dr. Aggarwal said that various types of training programs, workshops and detailed lecture programs will be organized in the camp. Under this, various types of programs will be organized in 7 days in collaboration with institutions like Shri Ramchandra Mission Heartfulness Institute, Ajmer, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Nasirabad, Shri Vivekananda Institute, Kekri etc. Programs were held.The program included Dr. Sudha Mittal, Dr. AnitaRaisinghani, Vinay Kumar Sharma, Vishwajit Chhatwani, Azharuddin, Sharda Meena etc. gave messages to maintain communal harmony among the volunteers.
