Nagaur : Accused Durga used to use SIM in her father’s name for murder of her husband after marriage and for talking to her brother-in-law. Not only this, brother-in-law Siyaram also used to use the SIM of his friend who was a co-accused. Two buttons of the shirt of the deceased and the examination admit card found in the car had cleared the faces of the accused. Due to illicit relationship with her brother-in-law, Durga had conspired to murder her husband Sawai Singh. Within a month of the marriage, brother-in-law Siyaram, along with Manish alias Mahesh of his own Nagaur village, committed murder and threw the body, for this he used the car of another acquaintance of his. Two buttons of Sawai Singh’s shirt and the admit card of PTET exam were found in this vehicle. Police investigation soon cleared the situation and within two-four days all four including Durga, Siyaram, Mahesh alias Manish were arrested.
Although all four were released on bail after some time, Durga’s brother-in-law Siyaram later died. Sawai Singh was the only son not only of his family but also of his family.
