Dausa : In the Mandawari police station area of Lalsot tehsil, 4 people gang raped a 23-year-old married woman. Today (18 July) at 12 noon, the ASP will review the case at the Mandawari police station. According to the victim, on Tuesday (16) July, the woman had gone to graze cattle 1 kilometer away from her house. 4 people arrived in a car. They took her away from there after putting her in the car. The accused gang raped her in the moving car. They kept driving around in the car for about 4 hours. When the woman fainted, they threw her in a field and fled.
The woman had come to her parental home from her in-laws’ house 4 days ago
The woman somehow reached her home. She told her family about her ordeal. The victim’s father said that his 23-year-old daughter was married a year ago. She had come to her parent’s house from her in-laws’ house four days ago. On Tuesday morning, she had gone to graze buffaloes in a field 1 km away from her house. Then four accused came in a car and kidnapped her. All four of them gang-raped her.
ASP will conduct a review meeting at the police station
Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Lokesh Sonwal said that after registering the report of the rape victim, the search for the accused has been started. A case has been registered against the four accused under sections including gang rape, kidnapping 70/1, 127(2). The victim is being medically examined. The accused will be arrested soon. A meeting will be held at Mandawari police station today (18 July) at 12 noon. The case will be reviewed.
