Bundi : The principal of a government school in Bundi, Rajasthan has been accused of molesting a student. The molestation incident spread like wildfire in the area. After which the angry crowd surrounded the government school and beat up the principal. On receiving information about the incident, the Nainwan police reached the spot. The principal had to be hidden in a room after mediation. Some people also pelted stones at the school gate. As the uproar increased, additional police force arrived from Bundi, where the crowd was driven away from the school. The anger of the people was such that they were demanding the immediate arrest of the principal. The officers who reached the spot explained to the crowd and the principal was arrested. Meanwhile, the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and started investigation.
The school principal molested a student
According to the information, there was a ruckus in the Government Girls School of Jajawar village of Bundi district regarding the matter of talking obscenely and molesting a student during the competition. On receiving the information, Nainwa police station officer Mahendra Kumar Yadav reached the spot and took cognizance of the matter. The victim’s brother lodged a report with the police regarding the matter. In which he told that his sister was called to the office by the school principal and molested. After coming home, she informed me about the whole matter. She told that the principal harasses her a lot. I informed the parents about this.
The angry man created a lot of uproar
As soon as the incident of molestation of a girl student in Jajawar village spread like wildfire, people slowly started gathering outside the government school. Let us tell you that a district level Kho-Kho competition is also being organized in the school, where the family reached the principal’s class for talks. The family put pressure on the principal not to repeat the incident and to accept his mistake, but the principal did not agree. At this, the family created a ruckus. A huge crowd gathered in the school premises in no time. The angry youths scolded the principal in his chamber and also beat him up. They also pelted stones at the school, the police reached on time and saved the principal’s life with great difficulty, otherwise the crowd was hell-bent on beating the principal.
