Jaipur : The festival of Shardiya Navratri will start from 3rd October. Navratri Ashwin Shukla Pratipada will start on Thursday and continue for 10 days instead of 9 days. Due to the increase in Tritiya Tithi, this time special worship of Mother Goddess will be done for 10 days. Shardiya Navratri will be celebrated in Ashwin month Shukla Paksha Hasta Nakshatra and Indra Yoga. Mother Durga will be worshiped in nine forms during Navratri.

Mother Chandraghanta on the third day
Maa Kushmanda on the fourth day

Siddhidatri Devi will be worshiped on the ninth day.

Auspicious time for establishing Kalash at 6:40 am

Astrologer Umesh Acharya of the golden city Jaisalmer told that the time of establishment on Thursday is from 6:40 am to 8:06 am. This is in Abhijeet Muhurta from 12:11 to 12:58 pm. Acharya told that at the beginning of Navratri fast, first of all worship Ganapati, Matri, Lokpal, Navgraha and Varun and worship the Goddess according to the Vedic method. Worship of Kali, Lakshmi and Saraswati and recitation of Saptashati are important during Navratri period. He told that for the accomplishment of the desired work, one must perform Dashansh Havan and Brahmin food after Navratri for 9 days.

Seasonal change occurs with Sharadiya Navratri

Astrologer Umesh Acharya told that with the Shardiya Navratri, the season changes and autumn begins. When the weather changes in nature, the germs of many diseases attack the body, due to which the risk of seasonal diseases increases. In this season, due to imbalance of all three doshas, ​​Vata, Pitta and Kapha, the body’s immunity weakens. To keep the body healthy, one is protected from diseases by chanting, fasting, cleanliness, purification of emotions and meditation for nine days during Navratri. By performing Havan, the germs spread in the environment are destroyed.”
