Rashmika’s recently announced projects are very exciting. Director AR Murugadoss will direct this action film starring Salman Khan in the lead role. The project is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and composed by Pritam. The makers of Sikandar are planning to release this expensive film on Eid 2025.
Sukumar’s sequel to the 2022 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise will see Allu Arjun and Rashmika reprising their roles as Pushpa Raj and Shriviri. A change in dynamics is expected in Pushpa 2 as the couple got married at the end of the first film. Devi Sri Prasad is once again composing the music for the film, which will hit theaters on August 15 this year.
Laxman Utkar’s historical drama Chava also stars Rashmika, Vicky Kaushal and Akshay Khanna. The film is based on the lesser known story of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. “Chava” is slated to hit theaters on December 6 this year.
