Sikar fog spreads in Anchal, AQI 356, climate worsens

Sikar : Snowfall and rain in the hilly areas of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh suddenly changed the weather of Shekhawati on Sunday. When fog covered the entire region, the moist northerly winds increased the cold. The coldness in the air increased so much that the humidity which was 37 percent a day earlier, reached 95 percent in Fatehpur on Sunday. The special thing was also the increase in air pollution. Due to smog, the AQI of the city also increased by 168 points in a single day, taking the air to very poor condition. Along with the weather, the climate of Sikar also became very bad. The air pollution level in Sikar was recorded as very poor with AQI at 356 at 5 pm on Sunday evening. Which was 188 AQI at this time on Saturday. Suddenly the bad air became a cause of trouble for asthma and allergy patients.

Fog started in the area from Sunday morning itself. Fog reduced visibility greatly in Fatehpur and other open and hilly areas. The situation was such that at times it became difficult to even see 100 meters. This increased the problems of the drivers. There was light haze in the atmosphere even till 12 noon.

Cloudy throughout the day, mercury remained at 13 degrees

Due to the changed weather, the district remained partly cloudy throughout the day. Along with cold winds, cloud cover also reduced the effect of sunlight. Due to which the feeling of cold suddenly increased. According to the Meteorological Center, Jaipur, during this period, the minimum and maximum temperature in Fatehpur was recorded at 13 and 31.5 degrees and the mercury in Sikar was recorded at 14 and 29.5 degrees. The western disturbance, which is cooling the state with rain in the Himalayan region, will be active again on November 22. Till then the weather will remain clear and the effect of winter will continue with the drop in temperature. According to meteorologists, the temperature will rise once again due to the rain from the new western disturbance.
