Sikar News Desk: In the case of fraud of Rs 27 thousand crore by Nexa Evergreen Company, today the victims took out a protest rally in Sikar. Protest was held at SP office. During this, people raised slogans and accused the district police administration of colluding with the accused. In the memorandum given to SP, Satyaveer Singh said – Thousands of crores of rupees were cheated from hundreds of people in Sikar by luring them to invest in the company and giving them plots in Dholera. An FIR was lodged in the case against accused Subhash Bijarania, Ranveer Bijarania, Girja Mahariya and Lakshmi Bijarania. In this case, Girja Mahariya’s daughter had lodged an FIR to put pressure on her parents in defence. After this, the case was investigated under the leadership of CB, CID and Jaipur Police ADG and FR was lodged.
The accused are filing false cases against the complainants. The accused are repeatedly filing false cases against the complainants and they are being threatened continuously. Ranveer Bijarnia had taken parole for one month by pretending that his father was ill, but he did not go home and was wandering outside. He is misusing his parole and is engaged in squandering his properties, which have not been seized by the police. The police administration is also supporting Ranveer Bijarnia in this matter. Cases are being filed repeatedly against the complainants, while the victims are not being heard. Satyaveer Singh said- Our demand is that Ranveer Bijarnia should be kept on parole and he should also be monitored. Accused Madan Garhwal and his other associates should be arrested. Madan Garhwal has vacated the office and destroyed the evidence. I have also given evidence of this to the police. But no action has been taken against him either.
