Sikar : People protested at the Collectorate regarding the problem of drinking water in Ward 52, Radhakishanpura, Sikar. To solve the problem, a memorandum was given to the collector and warning of agitation. People said that there has been a serious water problem in the ward for a long time. The water supply department had laid the pipeline, but has not yet made the water supply smooth. Due to this there is shortage of water in the ward. People are wandering from door to door for water.
Water tankers have to be installed at expensive prices. The water supply department and district administration officials have been informed several times about the water problem, but no solution has been found. Water supply department officials send employees for water supply. No effort is being made for solution. Rather, the employees are making the mistake of opening the wall to benefit some people. The shortage of drinking water even during the winter season is a proof of the failure of the administration.
