Sikar : Poonam Bajiya, daughter of Rajendra Kumar, a class 7 student of Seth Laxminarayan Kabra Government Higher Secondary School, located in Lakhni village, has been selected in the national level school 14 age group hockey competition. On this achievement, a felicitation ceremony was organized by the school and Gram Panchayat and Poonam was sent to the trial camp.
Madanlal Garhwal, physical teacher and hockey coach of the school, said – Poonam Bajiya will represent the state on behalf of Sikar district in the national hockey competition organized from 9 to 24 December in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.
Before the competition, Poonam will take training in a two-day trial camp organized in Mundwa, Nagaur and a five-day national training camp till December 6. After this it will directly leave for Mandsaur.
