Sirohi : Sirohi Block level Rajasthan Youth Mahotsav will be organized in Sirohi block on Tuesday at Government Higher Secondary School, Naveen Bhawan, Sirohi. Which includes group folk dance, solo folk dance, group folk singing, solo folk singing, poetry, story writing, painting, extemporaneous speech, hand craft art, textile art products, agricultural products, extinct and rare arts of Rajasthan like Phad, Rawal Hattha, Rammat. Thematic based events including algoja, mandana, puppetry, wall painting will be organised. In which youth aged between 15 to 29 years will participate. 693 youth have registered for various competitions regarding the festival. A committee has been formed for the program under the chairmanship of Sub-Divisional Officer Sirohi. In which Deputy Superintendent of Police Sirohi, Tehsildar Sirohi, Commissioner Municipal Council, District Youth Coordinator, NSS Incharge, CO Scout, NCC representative, School-College representative, Music representative and Organizing Secretary, Chief Block Education Officer Sirohi will be present. 33 teachers and officers have been put on duty to organize the entire competition. The participants securing first position at the block level will participate in the competition organized at the district level.
pre-preparation meeting held
Program To make the program a success, a pre-preparation meeting was organized at Naveen Bhawan Vidyalaya, Sirohi on Monday afternoon at 2 pm. In which Chief Block Education Officer Anandraj Arya, Additional Chief Block Education Officer Rajesh Barber, RP. Dr. Vikram Singh Deora, Vagaram Dewasi and UCEEO Bhagwat Singh Deora provided instructions to the concerned in-charges for prior preparation. In the function on Tuesday, from 10 am onwards, after the registration and organization of all the activities, the prize distribution will be done as per the competition results till 4 pm.
