Sirohi : Sirohi: The sister who was the victim of assault in a land dispute has filed a case against her real brother, sister-in-law and nephew in Pindwara police station. The victim has also accused the accused of beating her and snatching away her gold jewellery. The matter is of Pindwara police station area.
Complainant Mathura Devi, resident of Nai Dhanari, told that my elder brother and sister-in-law have died. I had got his son married. Now my second brother Poonaram, resident of Pindwara, his wife Bhanwari Devi, his two sons Raju and Mukesh, intend to grab the land of elder brother’s son and create quarrels every now and then. When I and my sisters Jamuna Devi, resident of Chandravati, Shanti Devi, resident of Swaroopganj, Sita Devi, resident of Nagani and Paro Devi, resident of Rohida tried to convince the accused, the accused beat them all. When the elderly father came to intervene, the accused also beat him up. Mathura Devi has alleged that after beating her, the accused took away the two tola gold necklace worn by sister Shanti Devi and one and a half tola gold necklace from Parvati. The gold mangalsutra was also snatched away. As soon as the police took the report, they started investigating the matter.
