Mohan Singh Deora, Special Public Prosecutor of the POCSO Special Court, said that on May 14, a person lodged a report at a police station in Sirohi district and said that his 14-year-old child was roaming in a park in the city at around 8 pm. During this time a young man came to him. His son did not recognize him at all. He told his son that he was from Pune. His team works to provide massage in Pune. You have been jogging for a long time, you must be tired. I recognize you. On this he took it back to the park. After that the culprit started misbehaving with the minor. Molested her private parts. Concrete and strict action should be taken against such people. The police arrested the accused and after investigation presented the charge sheet in the court.
In this case, after hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court has sentenced the accused to 3 years of rigorous imprisonment, Special Judge of POCSO Special Court, Anoop Kumar Pathak. The court has punished the culprit with a fine of Rs 10,000. In case of non-payment of fine, he will have to undergo simple imprisonment for two months separately.
