Situation in Manipur cannot be changed by writing a letter to Congress President: Rashid Alvi

New Delhi, November 22 (IANS). Congress leader Rashid Alvi spoke to IANS on Friday. He met BJP National President J.P. Responded to Nadda’s letter to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and other issues.

J.P. Nadda has said in his letter that what Manipur is suffering today is because of the mistake of Congress. Wrong policies were made in UPA-1 and UPA-2.

Rashid Alvi said, “I laugh at J.P. Nadda’s letter. What is happening in Manipur today has never happened before. One cannot hide one’s mistakes by writing a letter.

“I think the Government of India can fix the situation in Manipur because Manipur is a small state. If the Government of India cannot fix the situation in Manipur then how will it run the entire country. Today kidnappings are happening there, people Various kinds of news are coming about the Chief Minister. I think the situation in Manipur cannot be changed by writing letters like this.”

Posters in the name of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar have been put up in Maharashtra. He has been described as the future Chief Minister. On this, the Congress leader has said that there is not just one but many claimants for the post of Chief Minister in the ruling grand alliance. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis are also in the race for CM. Now Ajit Pawar is saying that he will become CM. We have never seen this before in Maharashtra. There is a fight going on to get power as to who will become the Chief Minister. Today I want to ask the BJP which used to blame Congress, what is happening inside Maharashtra.

The situation is tense in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. On this, the Congress leader has said that a law has been made within the Parliament and under that law, the mosque that existed in 1947 will remain a mosque and the temple that existed will remain a temple. Religious places will not be tampered with. A farce is happening in Modi government. Sometimes there is talk of Mathura, sometimes of Varanasi. Will the country run like this? Is there no issue left in the country apart from mosques and temples? Only BJP is behind all these fights and all these issues.

Narrator Dhirendra Shastri is doing ‘Hindu Jodo Yatra’. On this the Congress leader has said that he is gathering people of one religion through this yatra. This could prove dangerous for the country. In such a situation, Owaisi can take out a yatra tomorrow in which he will start asking the Muslim community to gather. Some Sikh leader will start taking out the yatra. In such a situation, will this country survive? I don’t think people who undertake such trips love the country.
