Smuggler arrested in Chittorgarh Dodachura smuggling case, sent to jail

Chittorgarh : Gangrar police station of Chittorgarh district has seized more than 98 kg of Dodachura during the blockade. Also one accused has been arrested. The accused had made a scheme in the body of the loading tempo and was hiding the Dodachura by placing an iron cover on it. But he was caught by the police.

The scheme was made in the tempo

Under the direction of SP Sudhir Joshi, a campaign is being run continuously in the district to arrest the wanted criminals. Under the leadership of Police Officer Shyamraj Singh, blockade was being done near the toll plaza on Gangrar Highway Road. During the blockade, a loading tempo was seen coming. Seeing the police arrest, the driver turned back and started running away. But the police stopped the tempo. When asked the reason for running away, the driver could not give a satisfactory answer. On this the police checked the loading tempo. There was a scheme in the body behind the tempo and an iron cover was placed on it.

Accused driver arrested

When the police removed the cover, they found sawdust kept inside. Dodachura was taken out and weighed. A total of 98 kg 660 grams of Dodachura was found. The accused driver revealed his name as Bhimraj son of Mangilal Banjara, resident of Naya Talab. The accused driver did not have any kind of license. Due to which the police arrested him. Head constable Yuvraj Singh, constable Pradeep Kumar, Tejpal Singh, Kunjilal, Ramratan and Upendra Singh were involved in this action.
