Soldiers on the Indo-Pak border did yoga and gave the message of staying fit to the people

Jaisalmer : On the occasion of the 10th International Yoga Day, soldiers performed yoga at the Indo-Pak border, the last end of the country. BSF soldiers practiced yoga at the international border. Yoga pranayama was performed at all border posts. Along with this, the soldiers presented a wonderful sight by doing yoga on the border. The soldiers said that there is no yoga greater than border defense and yoga has no limits. BSF performed a grand yoga at the famous Sam Sand Dunes of the Thar Desert. Where hundreds of soldiers did yoga together with BSF Sector South’s DIG Vikram Kunwar. On the other hand, ITBP soldiers have done yoga at two places in Leh. Soldiers have been seen doing yoga in Leh’s Karzok village and on the banks of Pangong Tso Lake.

Modi did yoga:

PM Narendra Modi performed yoga on the 10th International Yoga Day at the Sher-e-Kashmir International Conference Center in Srinagar. PM Modi performed yoga in the SKICC hall. He performed different asanas. Before this, while addressing, he said that Jammu and Kashmir is the land of yoga practice. Yoga gives us strength. 10 years of practice of International Yoga Day has been completed. The journey of yoga continues uninterrupted.

Bhajanlal Sharma did yoga practice:

Earlier, a state level program was organized at SMS Stadium in Rajasthan. In the yoga program, Governor Kalraj Mishra, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani, Deputy CM Dr. Premchand Bairwa, Minister Madan Dilawar, Minister Joraram Kumawat, Minister Avinash Gehlot, MLA Kalicharan Saraf, MLA Gopal Sharma, Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant and many other leaders practiced yoga.

International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on 21 June. The United Nations took the decision on the initiative of Prime Minister Modi. It was decided to celebrate 21 June as World Yoga Day. In 2014, the United Nations declared 21 June as International Yoga Day across the world. The special thing about this day is that 21 June is the longest day and shortest night of the year. Since then, every year on 21 June, people in the country and the world celebrate Yoga Day.
