Rajmahal, 14 November (IANS). All political parties are busy campaigning for the second and final phase of assembly elections in Jharkhand.
Many star campaigners are continuously visiting the area and appealing to vote for their party’s candidates. In the same sequence, BJP’s star campaigner and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma addressed an election rally on Thursday in favor of BJP candidate Anant Ojha from Rajmahal in Udhwa, Sahibganj.
During this, Himanta Biswa Sharma claimed to form BJP government in the state. He said that the people of the state have made up their mind that this time the Grand Alliance government has to be uprooted and the BJP has to be given a chance.
Attacking Hemant Soren’s government, he said that this government has only done the work of looting the mineral wealth of the state. Besides, work was done to change the demography of this area by illegally infiltrating Bangladeshis in the entire Santhal Pargana.
He alleged that Hemant government is responsible for the day by day decreasing population of tribals in this area. He said that Jharkhand state is full of mineral wealth. Soren government is responsible for the plight of this state. Hemant Soren has looted the state. He has filled his own and those close to him with the public’s hard-earned money. The public has made up its mind about change of power. After five years, BJP is once again going to form its government in Jharkhand with a huge majority.
Voting is to be held in Jharkhand on November 20 under the second phase. Whereas, the results will be announced on November 23.
