SP won all seven seats in UP by-elections, but the administration gave the certificate to someone else: Akhilesh Yadav

Ambedkarnagar, November 27 (IANS). Samajwadi Party (SP) national president and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, while speaking to reporters in Ambedkar Nagar on Wednesday, targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party while reacting to the UP by-election results and Sambhal violence.

While talking to the media, Akhilesh Yadav said in response to a question that I thank the Bharatiya Janata Party for the coaching you have given us in this by-election. Dishonesty has been done by giving priority to the administration. What was not done to provide benefits? It is also heard that the scooty was given from NTPC, their CSR. Sewing machines were given to private companies by pressurizing them using their CSR.

Apart from this, the SP leader said in response to a question that in the by-elections of Uttar Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party was winning two seats with great difficulty. Samajwadi Party has won all seven seats, but the administration has given the certificate to someone else.

On the Sambhal incident, he said that whatever happened in Sambhal did not happen, it was made to happen. If you see the entire incident, firstly on 19th November the decision was given that there will be a survey of Shahi Jama Masjid. When the first survey was conducted, there was no objection from the people of Sambhal or any Muslim party. The entire survey was conducted peacefully. After this it is not known why the decision was taken to conduct the survey again.

The administration people should have talked to the responsible people there for re-survey. But talks were not held. The survey team that had gone again. Didn’t BJP workers go there? This is the truth which the administration is hiding. All the people who had gone for the survey were raising slogans from behind. No action was taken against those who raised slogans. Were cases registered against those who raised slogans? Were there no BJP workers with the survey team? Is the administration blind to this matter?

He further said that people of Rajasthan have got jobs in PGI, Lohia Institute in Lucknow, Saifai Medical University. Made those people of Rajasthan sit on whom questions are raised. What is this reason, all the Rajasthan officials are watching there. Law and order is being handled by temporary officers brought from outside who are living on extension. This is a serious matter. I hope that the Supreme Court will take cognizance of all these incidents and look into them.
