New Delhi, November 29 (IANS). Apart from making the Mahakumbh-2025 to be organized in Prayagraj next year grand and divine, it is also being equipped with modern facilities. The special thing is that a special helicopter service will also be started from Ayodhya to Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh.
A prelude program regarding Mahakumbh-2025 was organized on Friday at Ashoka Hotel in the national capital New Delhi. Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh were present. Culture Minister and Culture and Tourism Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Government Mukesh Kumar Meshram gave information about the preparations for Mahakumbh.
Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, while congratulating the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh, said that the government has made complete preparations for this grand event. The Uttar Pradesh government is also going to get full support from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Central Government. He said that Mahakumbh has a special importance for our civilization, culture and Sanatan Dharma, which is being organized in Prayagraj in the month of January. The central and state governments are making tireless efforts for that. People will not face any inconvenience.
Jaiveer Singh said that from cleaning the Ganga to setting up a tent city for people to live in, complete arrangements have been made. All preparations are going on war footing. People from India and abroad will also come to this event. Ambassadors and High Commission officials of countries like Bhutan, Nepal, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Myanmar, Britain, Mauritius, South Africa, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Brazil, Nigeria, Japan have also been invited.
He informed that transportation arrangements are being made. All arrangements are being made from air services to rail and road transport. The government has also passed the proposal to run some special trains and Vande Bharat. This time there will be arrangements to transport people to Prayagraj through helicopter. Special helicopter service will be started from Ayodhya to Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh.
Apart from this, security arrangements will also be tight during Mahakumbh. Uttar Pradesh Police, PSC, CISF etc. have been given the responsibility of security. Surveillance will also be done through CCTV and drone cameras. This time more than 35 crore people are expected to attend the Maha Kumbh Mela.
