Sriganganagar food license registration camp organized, licenses issued

Sriganganagar News Desk: Food license camp was organized by the Health Department on Wednesday. Food items were examined in this. Apart from this, people were also given information about food safety. Awareness activities were also conducted in the food security camp organized in Lalgarh under the direction of District Collector Dr. Manju. Food licenses were issued to traders on the spot. Under the ‘Clean Food, War on Adulteration Campaign’, 37 people had registered in the food license, registration and awareness camp organized in Lalgarh.

FSO Kanwarpal Singh, Hansraj Godara and LT Yashpal Nokhwal served. Traders and food traders were given information about the rules and prescribed standards. Food manufacturers and traders were given information regarding the maintenance and sale of food items. Traders were instructed to sell food items meeting the quality and prescribed standards. COIEC Vinod Bishnoi said that 37 registrations were done in the camp. 12 food samples were tested in the mobile food laboratory on the spot. Mobile lab will provide services in Jawahar Nagar near Maharaja Agrasen School on Thursday, where the common people will be able to get their household food items tested.
