Sriganganagar Municipality Chairman held a meeting regarding the problems of the city.

Sriganganagar : Suratgarh Municipality’s newly nominated Chairman Jagdish Meghwal held a meeting with Executive Officer Pooja Sharma and personnel in the municipality’s auditorium on Tuesday afternoon and gave guidelines regarding the deteriorating cleanliness system of the city.

President Meghwal said in the meeting that to improve the cleanliness system, the sanitation workers will have to take special care of cleanliness in every ward. While making changes in the cleanliness system in the main market, he visited Bikaner Road, Railway Station Road, Rathi School Road, Chhavi Cinema Road, Old Bus Stand Area, Maharana Pratap Chowk, Bhagat Singh Chowk, Bhaggu Wala Kuan area, Trimurti Mandir Market area at night. He talked about regular cleaning by driving two auto tippers and manually picking up garbage from the main market.

He said that cleaning is not being done due to the sewerage chamber being blocked, on this Executive Officer Pooja Sharma, citing the breakdown of the sewerage vehicle of Suratgarh Municipality, talked to Hanumangarh Municipal Council to get the sewerage cleaning system fixed. Gave information about ordering the machine. To improve the lighting system, President Meghwal instructed to purchase the goods and get the lighting system of the entire city repaired soon.

The Chairman said that the city roads will also be improved. Apart from repairing the roads which have potholes, the work of constructing new roads will also be started soon. Junior Engineer Surendra Pratap Singh, Acting Sanitation Inspector Manoj Kumar Dhaul and Maninder Sarsar along with Safai Jamadar were present in the meeting.
