Sriganganagar : Rajasthan Teachers Association National delegation led by District President Surendra Khileri met District Education Officer (Secondary) Girjeshkant Sharma to protest against the irregularities in the posting of surplus teachers. District Minister Indraj Godara said that many surplus teachers have been posted on vacant posts in remote schools in the same block despite there being vacant posts in the school nearest to their posting, while in some cases they have been posted from a remote place closer to the city.

Joint District Minister Indrasen Limba said that due to the absence of budget head of some adjusted teachers, a demand was made to immediately resolve the problem being faced in accepting online work.

Along with enhancing the qualifications of teachers, a memorandum was also given regarding the top disposal of outstanding confirmation cases by including the names of teachers in the seniority list. On this occasion, Vice President Mahendra Bhati, District Vice President Paramveer Singh, Treasurer Pawan Jariwal, District Lecturer Representatives Deepak Garg, Jaiprakash Sharma, Naresh Bishnoi, Raju Verma, Rameshkumar Devarth, Kuljinder Singh, Gaurpreet Kaur, Sheetal Bishnoi and teachers from across the district were present.
