Students fall ill due to food poisoning in Sawai Madhopur Kasturba Residential School.

Sawai Madhopur : Health of about 15 girl students deteriorated due to food poisoning after eating food in Kasturba Residential School of Chakeri village of Sawai Madhopur district. The school staff got the girl students who were victims of food poisoning admitted to Kundera CHC. Five girl students were referred to the district hospital, where their treatment is ongoing. At present eight girl students are admitted in Kundera and five girl students are admitted in the district hospital.

Vice Principal of the school, Mamta Meena said that some girl students had complained of stomach ache after eating food in Kasturba Residential School. Some started having stomach ache and vomiting. 15 girl students were admitted to Kundera CHC. From where seven girl students were referred to the district hospital. While two girl students were discharged after first aid. At present the condition of all the girl students is out of danger.

At present, treatment of Suman Meena (13) daughter of Sukhram Meena, Vineeta (13) daughter of Hemraj, Rajni (15) daughter of Ramjilal, Payal (16) daughter of Hemraj, Rinku (15) of Ramdhan is going on in the district hospital.
