Sikar News Desk: The annual function ‘Shashwatam-2024’ was celebrated in CIS, a CBSE school run by CLC. The chief guest was SP Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav. He released the school magazine Yes Boss. SP gave the message to the students to avoid bad habits and move ahead in life with moral values. He appealed to the parents to help their children in making them strong and good human beings instead of putting unnecessary pressure of marks on them.
CIS Director Samar Chaudhary said that this is the second session of the school and in a short period of time CIS has made remarkable achievements in every field of education. Students gave cultural presentations. Children from Little Sprout to Class 3 enthralled the audience by bringing to life the magical world of little wizards based on the Harry Potter theme. Students of class 4 and 5 brought alive the saga of renunciation, sacrifice and motherhood through the dance drama of Veerangana Panna Dhay. Students from classes 6 to 12 presented various dance styles of the world and Sufi dance under the theme of Universal Feeling.
During the program, 9th class student Anirudh Kishanwat was honored with Rs 51 thousand. He made India proud by winning the gold medal in the 4th World SQAY Championship. Besides, students who performed excellently in the academic session 2023-24 were also honoured. The highlight of the program was the school’s Boss Trophy, which was won by Yajurveda Sadan. CIS Principal Sushma Bhadauria expressed her gratitude and said that Shashwatham-2024 is a symbol of the creativity and educational excellence of the students.
