Jaipur : a big update has come regarding the cancellation of the sub-inspector recruitment exam. The police headquarters has sent a proposal to the government with facts regarding the cancellation of the recruitment. It has also been discussed at the government level. Now the government can take a final decision on this at any moment. SOG had registered a case of sub-inspector exam paper leak in the month of February. In the investigation, two gangs of paper leak were identified. First 37 station officers who took the paper from them and appeared in the exam were arrested. After this, two days ago, five more station officers including the son and daughter of former RPSC member Ramuram Raika were arrested. A few days ago, SOG ADG Vijay Kumar Singh sent a proposal to cancel the recruitment. It told how the paper was leaked from the examination center and it reached many people through social media. The proposal reached the government through Director General of Police UR Sahu. The proposal has also been discussed at the high level. Experts say that the government will take a big step on this soon.
The training will be completed in two months, then you will go to the field
The training of the trainee station incharges undergoing training at Rajasthan Police Academy is going to be completed in the next two months. After this, their field training will begin. In view of this, a decision needs to be taken soon.
Departmental action halted awaiting orders
Departmental action has not been taken yet against the trainee SHOs arrested in the paper leak case. In fact, all the SHOs have been allotted districts. The Range IG had sought guidance regarding the action, on which the headquarters has decided that a similar decision will be taken in all cases only on the orders of the government.
