Jodhpur : As part of the Indian Air Force’s ‘Tarang Shakti-2024’ exercise, foreign aircraft along with Indian fighter planes kept showing their prowess in the skies of Jodhpur, Rajasthan throughout the day on Thursday. According to the Air Force Media Coordination Center, Tejas and Sukhoi conducted maneuvers with America’s A-10 and Australia’s F-18 aircraft along with the Surya Kiran team. An open day has been kept on September 7, in which there will be a show of Indian aircraft.
Australia sent planes to India for the first time
The center said that flights could not be operated on September 4 due to unexpected torrential rains in Jodhpur. Air warriors from abroad turned this weather-induced halt into an opportunity and shared top operational and maintenance practices, deepening the bond of friendship. Let us tell you that Australia’s Royal Australian Air Force has sent its fighter jets to India for the first time to participate in the second phase of the Air Force’s ‘Tarang Shakti-2024’ exercise.

The second phase of the country’s largest multilateral air exercise is being held in Jodhpur from 30 August to 13 September. Along with India, America, Australia, Greece, Sri Lanka, UAE, Japan and Singapore are participating in it.
