Supreme Court termed ‘Bulldozer Action’ as unconstitutional, Omprakash Rajbhar welcomed the decision.

Lucknow, November 13 (IANS). The Supreme Court on Wednesday termed the bulldozer action as unconstitutional. The apex court said that demolition action should not be taken without giving ‘show cause notice’. Omprakash Rajbhar, cabinet minister in the Uttar Pradesh government and national president of Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (Subhashpa), has welcomed this decision.

Omprakash Rajbhar said in a special conversation with IANS, “The government welcomes the decision of the Supreme Court. The government does not take any step which is against the law. The government in the country and the state is running according to the law and the Constitution. If anyone If someone encroaches on private property, it will be vacated as per the law and a notice will be sent. After this, the matter will be taken to the court and action will be taken after that.

He further said, “If a criminal makes wealth by usurping someone’s property then investigation is done and after that investigation if he is found guilty then legal action is taken.”

Omprakash Rajbhar also targeted Samajwadi Party. He said, “Now it will be surprising if the Samajwadi Party speaks, because the Samajwadi Party government was called a government of goons. They used to say that there is no law in the state and work is done arbitrarily. Whereas, if we talk about Congress, then their rule is Lakhs of people were put in jail by imposing emergency. Now if he talks about the law, it seems like an exaggeration.

He further said, “The Supreme Court has not forbidden that you should not operate a bulldozer. The Supreme Court has said that if there is something wrong within the ambit of the law, then take action against it, but this work should be done only after completing the legal action.” Complete it. They have not imposed any restrictions.”
