A similar case has come to light from Government Higher Secondary School Richha of Aspur block of Dungarpur district. Where a case of a teacher sending obscene messages to a school girl has come to light. Here, the family and villagers, angry at the lack of departmental action even after the complaint of the family, closed the school on Tuesday. They also protested by locking the school. Here, after the instructions of Aspur SDM, the education department has APOed the accused teacher.
The teacher teases the girls every day
Villagers of Richha village told that Jitendra Meena, a Sanskrit teacher, came to the Government Higher Secondary School Richha. The teacher is accused of coming to school drunk during the day and molesting the girl students. Not only this, two days ago, teacher Jitendra Meena also sent obscene messages to a girl student on social media. The family members complained about this to the school principal.
Angry family members reached the school
The head of the institution had informed the higher officials of the education department about the matter. But no action was taken by the department. Enraged by this, the family members and villagers reached the school on Tuesday. They closed the school and also locked it. On receiving the information of the school being locked, Aspur SDM and Sabla police station reached the spot and explained to the villagers. The villagers said that they would open the lock after legal and departmental action against the accused teacher. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, on the instructions of the SDM, the education department has APOed the accused teacher Jitendra Meena. The family members have also given a report to the Sabla police station. The police is investigating the matter.
