Then guidelines and orders were also issued regarding linking construction workers registered on the e-Shram portal with the National Food Security Scheme by issuing ration cards. But till now they too have not been included in this scheme. From October 1, the state government has started the work of verification of previously received online applications by opening the online portal of the National Food Security Scheme. 13 lakh families are waiting to join: In the National Food Security Scheme, a target was set to include 10 lakh new families from across the state in this scheme. At present, 13.09 lakh families are still waiting to get their names added to this scheme. There are no guidelines yet regarding the application of small marginal farmers category. Not only in Jaisalmer, this application is still pending in the entire state. A meeting took place only recently. Hopefully, something can be said in this regard only after new guidelines are issued.
